European Youth Olympic Festival 2019 – Sarajevo and East Sarajevo

10 – 15 February 2019

We are proud to invite you to join us at the 14th Winter European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF 2019) held in Sarajevo and East Sarajevo from 10 to 15 February 2019 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Come celebrate the Festival with us and be part of the Two Cities – One Dream.

Both cities are well-known for their beautiful mountains and great conditions for winter sports. Sarajevo hosted the memorable 14th Olympic Winter Games in 1984. The Opening Ceremony of EYOF 2019 will take place in the iconic Olympic Stadium Koševo on Sunday, 10 February, where the Olympic flame was lit 35 years earlier.

EYOF 2019 is a unique opportunity for the development of young athletes aged 14 to 18. We eagerly anticipate participation of close to 1,600 athletes and team officials from 46 participating European nations. There will be eight sport disciplines: Alpine Skiing, Biathlon, Cross Country Skiing, Snowboarding, Figure Skating, Curling, Ice Hockey and Short Track Speed Skating.
